My sweet Joelle. But really, she's a little stinker. :) Ever since she turned two, she's given me a run for my money! I've never had a two year old like this! The tantrums, the stunts, the antagonizing, a little bit of aggression... What in the world! The last few months have been a challenge, but she's actually starting to mellow out. Her speech and vocabulary are improving so there have been fewer misunderstandings to set off the tantrums. She's still into everything, but more obedient. Plays more WITH her sisters than trying to antagonize them. The aggression flares up with people her own size or smaller...I'm hoping she grows out of that soon! Besides all that she is just a little sweetheart!! I love her dearly and she such a great size to snuggle with. :) A few things to remember right now:
1) her favorite songs to sing are Twinkle, Twinkle Little Star, Jesus Loves Me, Jesus Loves the Little Children, and Sing, sing, sing to the Lord (from a great Psalms cd!)
2) she loves to play with baby dolls, often seen rocking them, shushing them, carrying them around, sometimes even nursing them :)
3) she really looks up to Sage. Sage is the first person she thinks about when she wants to show somebody something or give them something. (Sage in turn also knows how to encourage Joell
e to do things that get her in trouble!)4) she loves to jump!
5) Molly and Jasper are friends that she talks about
6) she loves going to school to see Ms. Sarah and Ms. Kelly and Molly
7) she can count to 13 and sing her ABC's
8) she is a light sleeper (doesn't want to miss anything!)
9) CURIOUS!!! Gets into a lot!
10) loves her Mommy (can get attached sometimes and is the only thing she cries
out when she's hurt or upset)11) can work simple jigsaw puzzles
12) loves to be a helper
13) knows several of her colors...orange, green, purple (orange is her favorite)
14) loves to talk on the phone and call her Nana every day
15) looks so. much. like. her. Daddy.
I just LOVE this sweet little girl. She is such a blessing and I thank God for her everyday!!

I love this...I so need to do the same thing for my two kids. She will LOVE reading this when she's older ;o).

Wow, you were right! I must've channeled this post into my own! Maybe I remembered it from reading a few weeks ago when I wrote Jasper's because they really are just alike! Sweet Joelle!
